Obstacles when buying a house

In an interview with one of the Top Latina agents in Tennessee, we spoke with Lili Muñoz from SimpliHom, and according to her experience, she shared the biggest obstacle for her clients when acquiring a home.

Her clients have faced high interest rates that impact the monthly payments and a limited number of houses available within the approved price range.

She comments that it will be interesting to see how the market will change in 2024 if the Federal Reserve lowers interest rates. If this happens, it will create high demand, turning it into a seller's market.

In her opinion, Lili Muñoz mentions that buyers should decide to purchase now, as it will cost them more if they wait for interest rates to decrease.
